Is there any way to get a Yahoo Answers user banned?

There is one user, specifically Ygyg, who constantly spams up the community with his "questions", which are poorly disguised attempts to get you to buy fake products. Is it at all possible to write to a moderator or something and get him banned? Because every time I report one of his questions, he just posts another one, and it annoys the heck out of me.
