Are Middle Eastern societies more integrated and morally strong?

iraq was rich before the gulf war but trust me it will go back up you will see. iraqis now are not using the help of americans to rebuild iraq. it is them by themselves doing that. their GDP per capita is still good. iraq is the 3rd largest supplier of oil to the world. europe is rich because there are rarely any wars there. the entire gulf region is people of upper cl and rich people because it is peaceful. it all depends on the current situation more than anything. middle eastern countries are advancing as every year pes by. just give it a few more years and you will see.
