Zombie Farm, Quick Questions?

So im about to go to invade pirates and im thinking its going to be hard. So i want to know whats a good combination of zombies and mutations to have. Also does it matter if plants have wilted for them to become mutations. Also Do the tough fighters can only use one type of mutation thats the arms.
