Is there a chance of relocating a nest?

You cannot legally move the nest and moving it would most likely cause her to abandon and the eggs would die. Just leave it alone and try not to linger near the nest..sure you can walk back and forth under it..but don't just stand near it. Sure, she may swoop you..but most likely she will just fly away..and even if she does swoop there is absolutely no harm she can cause you. She was well aware that this was a high traffic area when she built the nest..so just let it be.
