Do I underline or put quotations around this?

I am not talking about a works cited page or citing it in my paper, I am asking about how I would write this into a sentence. The book is The Sketchbook. It has a lot of short stories in it. I know that when talking about a book you underline the title of the book. However, my question is when talking about one of the short stories, for example Rip Van Winkle, do I also underline it? Or would I put quotations around it (" ")?
