How can we transform the national economy, other than deporting 20M illegals?

Unfortunately, my good paying union construction was lost to exploitation of illegal workers. Yes, my wages were higher but I wasn't a burden on the health care system, and my property taxes contributed greatly to offsetting the cost of educating my kids. Heck, I even sent them lunch so the state wouldn't have to feed them like they do now. Unskilled, uneducated people do not advance society, but drag it down.
