Drug test ?

I was wondering what should I do to ge a job as a drug tester "nurse"? well the thing is that I went to one cllinic like five months ago and the nurses didnt seem like nurses, they just were dress as nurses... a person went there and picked up the urine test. Are they nurses? can somebody please explain this to me... Thank you.
