Can a few ounces of carrot juice give her the recommended daily amount for her veggies? She loves fruits and I can get her to have broccoli maybe three times a week but refuses carrots unless it's juice form. The carrot juice has 400% vitamin A per each 8 oz serving and she has 4 ounces a day plus3 ounces of OJ in the morning? I'm a first time mother and am obsessed with keeping her healthy so somebody PLEASE calm my head down about this. Thanks
