What site is this??????????????????

so i'm looking for the site that my one friend showed me today. i can't get ahold of her. so the site was kinda like 20 questions where it asked you questions like: is your character real? is your character american? etc. and it determines who you're talking about. i remember it has a genie asking the questions. so does anyone know the name of this site?
