A newborn and a 2 year old.?

I am having a scheduled section in 25 days and my 2 year old will not give up the pacifier. I am concerned the problem will get worse and I am not taking it away this close to the baby. Anyone have an idea for 2 babies with pacifiers? I need my rest at this point and can't do it. I tried early in the pregnancy and it was hell so I gave it back it lasted like 10 hours. any help would be great
