Why is me blood not clotting properly while pregnant?

When you are pregnant, your heart has to work harder and pump more blood to supply for the baby. Im 25 weeks and everytime i sneeze all thats on the tissue is straight blood. It isnt abnormal to bleed a little more than you usually would.
