Should I be concerned about the swine flu?

I've had a sore throat for about 4 days. Last night my voice was almost gone. Today my voice is better, I have a mild headache and a little bit of a runny nose. I don't have fever at all, vomiting or diarrhea. Do you think I should be worried? Thanks for your time!
