I need some advice please!?

I'm a 17 year old girl who has never been kissed! I think I have a pretty good idea of why, but I'm not sure how to stop this from being a true statement! I am a home school student, who doesn't spend hardly any time around guys in a setting that would make kissing appropriate. I will be at my friends party tomorrow, where this guy I REALLY like will be. What do I do, (tomorrow, or ever), to get any guy to kiss me!?? Oh, and I'm not ugly or rude or weird or anything negative!!! (within expectations! I'm still imperfect and make mistakes from time to time!) Any suggestions would be great! Thanks! n_n
