How to get from downtown montreal to sorel-tracy on train and bus?

i just moved to downtown montreal by berri uqam and i have a job offering in sorel-tracy i dont have a car but how do you get there by train and bus i kno the bus will take a long time, is there like a train station i can take that would go right therE?
